Connect before you replace
The fastest way to lose a club's staff is to take away the screen they are good at. We add a layer and earn the next one.
A new hire is the test
If a Saturday host cannot run a shift on it without a manual, it is not finished. That standard kills more features than any roadmap meeting.
One number, one place
The report and the floor should never disagree. Everything is built off the same records the app and the console write.
Say the plain thing
Covers, chits, dues runs, guest passes. If we cannot describe a feature in the words your staff already uses, we do not understand it yet.
What you own
Your members, your data, your brand
The app carries your club's name and crest, not ours. The member records are yours and leave with you. We do not market to your membership, we do not sell what we see, and we do not hold your data hostage at renewal.
Support runs on club hours, which means Saturday morning and holiday weekends, not nine to five on weekdays.
